Postage Stamp

This Amish Postage Stamp quilt is one of the finest quilts we have ever had. Glorious fabrics. Amazing piecing. Tons of quilting. Ingenuity: off the charts! This is a museum quality quilt. The quilt maker is justifiably proud of her Postage Stamp quilt, which is uncharacteristic because the Amish tend to be so humble. When we received this quilt we found a note tucked inside on which was written “This Postage Stamp quilt has 7,896 little one inch squares!” (written by the maker). Which was followed by a smiley face.
