Shipping Policy:

Amish Spirit quilts are shipped via UPS Ground. You will be notified via the email address or telephone number you provide when your quilt departs. A shipment tracking number will be provided at that time. YOU MUST SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT UPON DELIVERY.

Shipping Rates:

Amish Spirit ships free within the continental United States.

Shipping internationally and to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii is not free and rates vary. Please contact us to discuss.

Shipping and insurance charges are NOT refundable.

Return Policy:

All quilts must be returned in original condition to qualify for refund or exchange.

YOU MAY NOT RETURN ANYTHING VIA THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. The USPS has lost items, without recourse. So again, we are no longer allowing returns via the USPS.

If you are returning an item, it must be returned in original condition to qualify for refund or exchange. In the rare case you wish to return an Amish Spirit item you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Return shipments must be initiated within three (3) business days and returned via UPS or FedEx. (No USPS accepted.) A credit towards the purchase of another, or, a full refund – excluding credit card, insurance and shipping costs – will be issued in the same form as your payment when the item is received in the same condition as sent.

Return Procedure:

• Please include a copy of your invoice with your FedEx or UPS shipment.
• Quilt(s) must be wrapped and sealed in plastic (bags are OK) and then placed in a clean corrugated cardboard box.
• All edges and corners of this box must be taped.
• Insure the package with UPS or FedEx for the full amount of the quilt.
• Pay UPS or FedEx shipping and insurance fees.
• Notify Amish Spirit of the UPS or FedEx tracking number for your shipment.
