Bargello Wave

Today the Bargello pattern is seen in upholstery, paper an (why not?) quilts. It’s also known as a “flame stitch” which, in this quilt, becomes waves of black, gray and white. Part of this quit looks like waves lapping on onto a shore. Part of this quilt looks like an aerial view of land. It’s a graceful, calming and beautiful quilt.
