A gorgeous Amish applique Amish quilt!
Our Country Flowers applique quilt has a lovely surprise. Look closely and you’ll see the hummingbird hoovering above the central flowers. The humming bird, flowers, stems, leaves, bows and trim are all freehand cut and hand appliqued. At each corner of the central panel the maker repeated this motif with additional appliqued bouquets. And lastly, another bouquet with a garland on the pillow cover portion of the quilt. She skillfully placed hand quilting throughout the quilt. (Item 2097)
