For those of you who know quilts, have you ever seen a Star Dahlia Log Cabin? We have not. Within the Amish eight pointed stars are dahlias. The petals of each dahlia are gathered to create a three dimensional quilt. Surrounding the Star Dahlias is a Log Cabin pattern.
